Error: Cogeco Pop3 email fails on Windows Live Mail (2017, March 27)

Your Pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds.

 

 

Resolution:

The Default Port for POP3 account is not responding at pop.cogeco.ca. Needs to be changed to SSL - Port 995.
